安泰选煤厂煤泥水系统优化浅析

摘要:

介绍了安泰选煤厂原有的煤泥水系统工艺及其存在的问题,通过分析浮选入料的筛分组成,进一步佐证工艺优化的合理性及必要性,并提出改变浮选入料组成及压滤机滤液水走向的优化方案,通过对比工艺优化前后的运行结果,结合经济分析对其评价,结果表明:工艺优化后不仅解决了浮选效果差和洗水浓度高的问题,而且具有较好的经济效益和环境效益

Abstract:

The paer introduce the original slurry treatment system of the Antai coal preparation plant and existing problems, By analysis the size composition of the flotation feed , Proved the process optimization is necessary and reasonable. And proposing the optimization program to adjust the flotation feed composition and the flow direction of the filtrate. By comparing the results of the original process and optimized process and analyzing its economic benefits, Evaluation of its optimization results, The results showed the technology Optimization not only solved the problem that the flotation is poor and the concentrations of circulating water is high, but also Got better economic efficiency and environmental benefits
